Sumi's Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)

I would like to share Sumi’s Instrumental Activities of Daily Living ((IADL) which I had prepared in March 2021 in case her medical insurance could provide some home care assistance or pay for part of her home care.
 
Now I find this IADL very useful tool to communicate with Sumi’s caregivers or any friend, relative or visitor interested in knowing Sumi’s daily routine.
